Meditation tips

Meditate Everyday
It is okay if you miss meditation in the morning but be flexible with your time and be sure that you have 10 -15 minutes daily for meditation. Do you say,  “I really don’t have time”, well, regular practice of meditation can help you do your work better and faster. So investing 15 minutes is nothing compared to what you get out of it.

Peaceful morning meditation
You will find it easy to go into thoughtlessness and feel the vibrations if you get up early in the morning and meditate for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place and position to meditate
Find a quiet, comfortable place and sit in a more relaxed position

Don’t fight with thoughts
As soon as you sit for meditation; make yourself aware that you are meditating. Put your pure attention on the top of your head (lymbic area) and then watch yourself in complete silence. Let the time stand still – in the moment and help the time between the thoughts that are landing and taking off expand, so that you are no longer thinking, but rather – thoughtlessly aware.  Try saying “ I forgive this thought, I forgive, I forgive”

Don’t try to concentrate on objects
Meditation is not about concentrating, focusing, visualization or trying to stop your thoughts. It is about letting go and surrendering to the inner silence. Let your Kudnalini do the job.

Learn to communicate with your Kundalini
In meditation, talk with your own Kundalini, humbly ask her to rise within and connect you and give thoughtless awareness.  As Kundalini rises you will become self aware, start seeing reflections of your chakras on your finger tips.  Cool breeze on your palms.

Meditate with others.
In the company of other practitioners, your Kundalini is able to work much more effectively. You grow fastest when you meditate collectively so see if you can meditate with others at home.  It is recommended that you attend a weekly meditation centre nearby you.
